For many individuals, there is a hole in themselves that feels like it needs to be filled. Struggling to find a cure for the ache, something to make them feel whole, they turn to actions which do not fill but only patch this missing piece. It can be incredibly hard to find healthy ways but they are available to us if we just engage. Take an adventure into nature or the city. Help a child build a lego set. Listen or play music. Draw or paint. Meditate or even just take a moment to sit on the couch and breathe. The list can be endless if you just take the time to write.
