He got up, rebuked the wind and said to the waves,
“Quiet! Be still!”
“Quiet! Be still!”
Then the wind died down and it was completely calm.

Our mind can become like a violent storm. At those times, go deep, wake up and straighten up. Go beyond fear and panic by saying to ourselves, "Quiet! Be still". Then diving deep into our own being, where the mind waves are still - like the stillness at the bottom of the ocean despite raging waves on water's surface. Safe in stillness.
